Dear Packeteer Partner;
As Packeteer evolves and continues to improve its compliance processes there is a need for a change in how PacketCare renewals are priced. The current pricing policy is as follows: If services are not renewed within one year of expiration, a 100 percent list-price penalty will be charged upon renewal.
The new pricing policy will be: There will not be a lapse in PacketCare service. The new service period immediately starts after the prior service period ends, therefore support coverage is continuous.
This change in policy will be effective immediately, however, as part of the transition all approved proposals, quotes etc. that were issued in the last 30 days will be accepted.
Below is a link to a list of Frequently Asked Questions relative to this change in our PacketCare policy for use with your customers and prospects.
